We aim to get your order out to you as quickly as possible. Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 working days* of purchase. You should receive your order within 3-5 working days* after dispatch, depending on your chosen delivery method and location.

Delivery Methods
We use trusted courier services to deliver your orders:
- Royal Mail - For standard postal deliveries
- DPD - For tracked courier services
Your delivery options and costs will be calculated automatically at checkout based on:
- Your delivery address
- The size and weight of items in your cart
- Your preferred delivery speed
Delivery Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on:
- Delivery location (UK mainland, Scottish Highlands, Islands, etc.)

Collection Service
Free Click & Collect is available for all orders.
Orders selected for in-store collection are usually ready for pickup within 24 hours*. We'll send you a confirmation email when your order is ready.
To collect your order:
- Bring your confirmation email or order number
- Visit us during opening hours at Stow Newsagent and Post Office
- Collect from our dedicated pickup area

Delivery Restrictions
We currently deliver to UK addresses only. If you have specific delivery requirements or need to arrange delivery to locations with restricted access, please contact us at info@stownews.co.uk before placing your order.
Some remote areas may incur additional delivery charges or extended delivery times. This will be clearly shown at checkout.
Christmas & Peak Period Delivery
During busy periods such as Christmas, we recommend ordering early to ensure delivery in time.
Christmas Delivery Cut-off Dates:
Cut-off dates for guaranteed pre-Christmas delivery will be posted on our website and social media in advance of the festive season. Orders placed after the cut-off date will be picked and dispatched as normal but may not arrive before Christmas.
Track Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:
- A dispatch confirmation email
- Tracking information (where available with your chosen delivery service)
You can use this tracking information to monitor your delivery progress with Royal Mail or DPD.
Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, damaged, or lost:
- Check the tracking information provided in your dispatch email
- Contact the courier directly (Royal Mail or DPD) if tracking shows an issue

International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping outside the UK. All orders must be delivered to UK addresses.
