Can I suspend my subscription when I go on holiday?
- You can arrange a holiday suspension online.
Just log into your account and head to manage deliveries. - You are eligible for up to four weeks' holiday in one year.
- You will need to provide one working day's notice before your holiday begins.
- You will then be credited for the suspended vouchers on your future bills.
My newsagent already delivers my newspaper. What should I do?
If your local newsagent already delivers your paper, hand your vouchers for the relevant month to your retailer and these will be put towards your bill. Your vouchers cover the price of your newspaper only and your newsagent may charge you for delivery.
When will the newspaper be delivered to my door or into the shop?
Our Home-delivery subscriptions - we aim to deliver on the morning of the day of publication. We aim that our home-delivery editions are “completed before 9:00 am” for most addresses.
Which newspapers and magazines can be delivered, and on what schedule?
- Stow News covers all the major national titles (daily & Sunday), local papers and magazines.
- We offer “daily delivery”, or other services may be “weekday only”, or “weekend only” depending on the publication.
What happens if my newspaper doesn’t arrive?
Most subscriptions include a clause: if the paper hasn’t arrived by a certain morning time (e.g., 9:00 am) you can contact our customer service for a credit or make a claim.
Can I order a delivery if I live in a rural or remote village?
Yes- contact us with your postcode/area.
